Fix for OPENDJ-352: Allow authentication with a plain ID instead of a DN in the DSML Gateway.
This change introduce a new property to specify if the authentication Id part of the Authorization HTTP header, in the Basic form, is a plain identifier, instead of a DistinguishedName (default). 
Tests were done manually with soapui, and the various options for authenticating.
