Fix for 3804 : improve replication monitoring

These changes fix the  current-rcv-window size in the replication monitoring
that is not correctly calculated, which can make more difficult to find
what is the cause of a slow replication.

It also introduce a new monitoring information with the size of the remote
operation to be replayed which can also ease to find the cause of a slow
replication.
