Checkpoint for OPENDJ-1303 "opendj-cli"
- added javadoc for arguments which share the same short ID. (TBC...)
- removed from ArgumentConstants 'description' / 'memberName' (unused).
- Added to ArgumentConstants the OPTION_SHORT_CONTROL && OPTION_LONG_CONTROL.
