Remove unused method from AbandonRequestOp class.
Added toString helper in LdapTestCase class.
Changed TestBindResponseProtocolOp.java/TestUnbindRequestProtocolOp.java
to use toString helper method.
Cleaned up unneeded start server call in TestUnbindRequestProtocolOp.java.
