Checkpoint commit for OPENDJ-1288 : 
  Migrate I18n and logging support to i18n framework and SLF4J

Update OpenDJLoggerAdapter to use only simplified logging levels: 
 ERROR, WARN, NOTE, INFO and DEBUG
