OPENDJ-2692 Fix maven build

Add localized jar classifier prefix to the localized jars pulled by
opendj-dsml-servlet to use those produced by opendj-server-legacy
module.
The classifier name has changed on commit 09ab5b2.
Previous build were ok because old classifier jars were stored in cache.
