OPENDJ-1502: Unit test: TestNG configuration failed when there is a device listening on port 4444
Fixes regression appears on revision 10144 (Updated config files to fix build failure)
* config.ldif (on both opendj-server2x and opendj-3x adapters)
** Replacing the hard coded value '4444' of attribute 'ds-cfg-listen-port' by the variable '${admin-listen-port}' given by the maven plugin reserve-network-port
