OPENDJ-3257 Error uninstalling servers configured with ssl enabled

ApplicationTrustManager.java:
In verifyHostName(), fixed wrong code conversion that happened while removing JNDI.

SecureConnectionCliArgs.java:
In getTrustManager(), the trust store password provided on CLI was wrongly overwritten with null
 (due to reading a system property which was not set)
 + reduced the scope of the try-with-resource.
