Fix for CompareOperationBasis.getEntryDN()

When the rawEntryDN of a CompareOperationBasis is modified, the field entryDN is
reset and not initialized. If the getEntryDN() routine is called and entryDN is
null, it should try to decode the rawEntryDN.
