OPENDJ-2349: improve debug trace for Storage access

Made the following changes:

* debug on enter and leave of methods (on leave doesn't help when
debugging deadlocks
* added trace for cursor accesses
* changed trace output so that it can be parsed using JSON tools like
"jq"
