Fix for issue 2432 (Japanese characters in QuickSetup dialog are not displayed properly).

The fix consists of using SansSerif instead of Arial as the font.  SansSerif is one of the logical font names so it is guaranteed that all implementations have it, and so that all the UTF-8 characters have a representation.
