Rename the existing create-webstart-archive.sh script to create-webstart-war.sh
because it creates a WAR file suitable for deployment into a Web container.
Also add a new create-webstart-standalone.sh script that can be used to create
an archive that will work with any HTTP server (it doesn't need to be a
servlet engine).
