feat: Improved Arabic support (#249)

* Loaded Arabic font
* Reduce letter spacing and use Capitalize for English words
* Markdown code is fixed to be LTR
* Enhance Arabic wording
* Inherit font family for contact form
* Nav_list underline for Arabic pages
