OPENDJ-2413 Update EmbeddedDirectoryServer class for usage by OpenAM

- drop LDAPConnectionFactory in favor of internal connection
- set System properties to define installation root in constructor
- add getBuildVersion() method
- add getInternalConnection() method that binds automatically with bind DN
used in setup
- other minor fixes
