Fix for OPENDJ-540: Add documentation of --getEffectiveRightsAuthzid into section 5.5 of the Admin Guide

Suggestions from Ludovic to mention the --getEffectiveRightsAttribute option as well, and to indicate the short forms for these options with long names.
