OPENDJ-1833 Remove part of ant build files

Pull Request #133
Removes files of ant build which are not used any more.
Also do a massive cleanup in the buil.xml file to keep only the legacy
configuration framework classes generation.
Once the migration to the new configuration framework will be done, we
will be able to remove build.xml and the ext/ directory.
