Rewrite the ProtocolWindowTest to make this test independent from the 
other test and avoid random failures.

 - It now uses a o=test memory backend that can be easily cleared
   before each test and don't persist on the file system.
 - it now uses a specific Replication Server with a path that
   is unique to this test
