Fix OPENDJ-277 - Initialize GSSAPI extension after back ends and connectors.
Changed GSSAPIMechanismHandler to use lazy initialization for the Kerberos Login context. This allows OpenDJ to be the ID backend for the KDC and still perform GSSAPI authentication.
Cleaned the configuration change handling as well
