OPENDJ-776 ldapmodify with a non-existing file exits with wrong return code

LDAPModify.java: Code cleanup:
- removed useless filename instance member, duplicated passing down the fileNameValue parameter to readAndExecute() method.
- transformed comments to javadocs
- in mainModify(), changed return statements to return actual LDAP result codes.
