OPENDJ-2789 Split passwordModify into distinct requests: modifyPassword and resetPassword

The modifyPassword request expects two fields, "oldPassword" and
"newPassword", and returns an empty response. The resetPassword request
expects an empty request body and returns a response containing a single
field, "generatedPassword".
