OPENDJ-1343 Migrate dsconfig / OPENDJ-1387
Removed dependency to LDAPManagementContextFactory.java.

UninstallCliHelper.java 
- Removed unused code.

StatusCli.java
- Removed LDAPManagementContextFactory and add getManagementContextFromConnection function.
- Fixed OPENDJ-1387 Credentials and no-prompt can be combined.
- Code cleanup.
- Fixed javadoc.
