OPENDJ-1307 Migrate server ASN1 classes to SDK

LoggingCategoryNames.java:
Added simple categories for SDK packages: 
catching up with r10274, r10275, r10278 and r10279 where the SDK logging was changed to use LocalizedLogger instead of raw SLF4J.
