* Prefix term with taxonomy title

Fix list layout to properly prefix a term with the taxonomy title.

* Replace taxonomy with term kind in title

* Set minimal version for updated taxonomy kinds

* Set minimal version for updated taxonomy kinds

* Update CONTRIBUTORS.md
