change the dn of the synchronization provider entry from
cn=MultimasterSynchronization,cn=Synchronization Providers,cn=config
to 
cn=Multimaster Synchronization,cn=Synchronization Providers,cn=config

(notice the whitespace between Multimaster and Synchronization)
