Add fediverse:creator meta tag (#920)

Mastodon have added support for a new meta tag: fediverse:creator. This
change adds the fediverse:creator meta tag which can be used in blog
posts.

Put an `x` into the box(es) that apply:

- [ x] Describe what changes are being made
- [ x] Explain why and how the changes were necessary and implemented
respectively

- [x ] Add yourself to `CONTRIBUTORS.md` if you aren't on it already
