Add rss.xml to layouts/_default (#316)

* Add rss.xml to layouts/_default

* Add myself to CONTRIBUTORS.md

* Bump hugo version to fix rendering of RSS feed

* Use minimum working version of hugo

* Set base version to 0.57.0
